Window cleaning is such a niche service that most people don't even know there's a difference. Two things set us apart. First, we use pure, filtered water, so nothing is left behind when it dries. Second, we actually clean the frames and the sills, not just the glass. That's where a lot of the dirt and muck collects, so every time it rains or the sprinklers hit, it can splash right back onto your windows. The way we do it, your windows get cleaner in the first place and stay cleaner for longer. And we don't leave until you're 100% satisfied with the quality of our work.
We clean from the ground with a 30-foot extension pole, so we can reach most elevated windows without leaning ladders on your house. However, depending on the design of your home, we might need a ladder to reach certain windows.
No. Since we clean with pure water, it evaporates clean and air-dries spot-free and streak-free. Every window gets a slow final rinse from the top down, so the dirt gets flushed off the glass and out of the sill instead of being left behind.
Most window cleaners use a traditional brush and squeegee, and that only cleans the glass. We use a state-of-the-art filtration system that filters Austin's hard water down to zero parts per million, which is basically pure H2O. A soft-bristle brush on the end of our pole puts that pure water right on your windows, and we clean the glass, the frames, and the sills. Because the water is pure, there's nothing left behind when it dries. No chemicals, no rags, no residue.
We will. Restoration Home Services is just two brothers, Ben and Willis, born and raised right here in Austin. We handle everything ourselves, start to finish. No call center, no subcontractors, just us. Ben learned the trade in Houston and worked on over 200 homes before founding Restoration, and one of us is on every job.
