We're two brothers, born and raised right here in Austin. That's us in the photo, outside the house we grew up in, which we happened to pass while knocking doors in our old neighborhood. We'd always talked about building something together.
Ben learned the window cleaning trade in Houston under someone who had already built a successful home services company. After more than 1,000 doors knocked and 200+ homes cleaned, he came home and founded Restoration Home Services in April 2026. Willis joined him full-time that August.
Ben started Restoration because owning a home is a blessing, but it comes with an endless to-do list, and exterior window cleaning is normally at the bottom of the list. Most homeowners don't realize how dirty their windows are until they see them freshly cleaned. Clean windows bring in more light, protect the glass from hard-water buildup, and make your whole home feel cared for.
Our hope is to bless Austin homeowners by taking one thing off the list and doing it right: an owner on every job, pure water that dries spot-free, and a walkthrough with you before we leave the property. And we'll stay in touch so your home keeps that just-cleaned feeling all year.

Ben Brydon
Founder & Lead Operator
Ben is the youngest of three siblings and always knew he wanted to chart his own path. He gave the traditional college route a fair shot, but a year of college was enough to confirm that a lecture hall was not where he was meant to be. He has always been excellent at working with his hands and has a God-given servant's heart.
During a year-long stint in Houston, he learned how to build a successful home services business from the ground up: how to clean windows the right way, how to treat customers and their property with the utmost respect, and how to earn trust on a front porch.
In April 2026, he founded Restoration Home Services. For months, he was the entire company: knocking doors, giving quotes, making sales, and personally cleaning every window himself.
As word spread, clients booked and re-booked and told their friends, the business quickly became more than one person could handle. So he called his brother to help grow Restoration into something sustainable.
Will Tyler ("Willis") Brydon
Co-Owner & Growth Manager
As Growth Manager, Willis builds everything that helps the business serve more homeowners well. He built the systems behind the scenes: how quotes are tracked, how jobs get scheduled, and how every little detail is remembered and taken care of. When it's time for your next cleaning, he's likely the reason you'll hear from Restoration before you have to think about it.
But he isn't just behind a desk. You might know him as "Willis", the guy who knocked on your door, walked your property, and gave you a quote on the spot. He's worked dozens of jobs alongside Ben and still spends his days in Austin neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners face to face.
His goal is simple: grow Restoration the right way, one happy homeowner and one referral at a time, without ever losing the personal touch that built it in the first place.
